Return, Refund & Chargeback Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

All products sold by JALAL LLC are made-to-order and/or customized.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for any reason, except where required by law.


2. No Refunds / No Returns

JALAL LLC does not issue refunds, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect selections, measurements, or details provided by the customer
  • Failure to provide or delayed submission of customization details
  • Dissatisfaction with design choices supplied/approved by the customer
  • Perceived color/finish differences due to lighting, screens, or materials


3. Custom Product Acknowledgment

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your item is custom-produced specifically for you
  • All customization details you submit are final and accurate
  • You have reviewed all product descriptions, sizing, materials, and timelines
  • Minor variations may occur due to handcrafted production and materials
  • Custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable


4. Order Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Providing complete and accurate design details, images, names, colors, and shipping information
  • Reviewing order confirmations and contacting us immediately with corrections (if permitted before production)
  • Ensuring images/logos provided are of acceptable quality and owned or licensed by the customer

JALAL LLC is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.


5. Shipping Risk & Transfer of Liability

All orders are shipped via third-party carriers. Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon tender of the package to the carrier.

JALAL LLC is not liable for:

  • Damage during transit
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Packages marked delivered but not received
  • Carrier delays or service interruptions

Customers must file claims directly with the carrier. Tracking information is provided for all shipments.


6. No Post-Delivery Refunds or Reversals

Because items are custom-made, no refunds, returns, or reversals will be granted after:

  • Production has begun
  • The item has shipped
  • Delivery has been completed or marked as delivered


7. Limited Remake (Company Discretion Only)

In the rare case of a clear manufacturing defect solely attributable to JALAL LLC, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a repair or remake (not a refund), provided:

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • You provide clear photo/video evidence
  • The issue is not related to customer-provided details, shipping, or normal variations


8. Production & Delivery Timeframes

All timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to production volume, materials, or carrier issues. Delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.


9. Payment Authorization & Fraud Prevention

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are the authorized cardholder
  • Billing and shipping information is accurate
  • The transaction is legitimate

We reserve the right to cancel or hold orders flagged for risk or verification.


10. Chargeback & Dispute Policy (Binding Agreement)

By completing a purchase, you agree that:

  • You have read and accepted this policy in full
  • You will contact JALAL LLC first to resolve any concern before initiating a dispute
  • You will not initiate a chargeback for reasons covered by this policy (customization, shipping issues, delays, buyer’s remorse, etc.)

You further agree that:

  • This policy, order details, communications, tracking, and delivery confirmation may be submitted as evidence to payment processors, banks, or dispute bodies
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes filed in bad faith (including claims contradicting this policy) may be contested to the fullest extent, and may result in:
    • Submission of evidence to reverse the dispute
    • Account restrictions or refusal of future service
    • Recovery of fees and administrative costs where permitted by law


11. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order on jalallc.com, you affirmatively agree to this Return, Refund & Chargeback Policy and all related Terms & Conditions.
